The AI Hub North-Netherlands focuses on the development of AI applications in the fields of Energy and Sustainability, Health and Care, Technical Industry, Agriculture and Food, Port Maritime, and Mobility, Transport and Logistics. The AI hub joins already existing ecosystems in the Northern Netherlands and initiates cross-sector AI projects from the needs of companies in different sectors.
Sustainable collaboration with high impact.
The focus is on three themes; sharing data, investing in knowledge about digitization and AI (Human Capital), and developing autonomous systems. A balance is sought between the public and private sectors. Higher academic education as well as colleges, Northern knowledge institutes and secondary vocational schools are represented within each project.
