Women in Tech® is an international organization on a mission: to close the gender gap by empowering 8 MILLION more women and girls to embrace a career or course of study in the field of tech by the year 2030. Our aim is to educate, equip, and empower women and girls with the necessary skills and confidence to succeed in a Tech study or career.

Through our Purpose led focus on the UN’s SDG’s, we are actively managing programmes and events in the space of Science, Innovation, and Technology that include Executive Tech Round Tables, building Tech Awareness, and hosting Partner Events on Digitalization, Data Science, Data Analytics, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.

Through our purpose led mission on digital inclusion and improving equity, we develop and drive community impact programmes such as the Women’s Digital Lab that seeks to introduce digital skills to girls, women, minorities and under-privileged communities. Together, we can offer these opportunities to an even wider range of diverse individuals.
Waarom NL AIC?
The UN Sustainable Development has set 17 Goals (SDGs) to transform our world by 2030. The Tech field is one of its main targets. Women in Tech® fully supports the UN’s SDG’s by contributing to 5 of the 17 goals, starting at the core with SDG #5: achieve gender equality and empower women and girls, in particular in the field of tech, including AI.
